Claire Owen of Magnolia Virtual Assistant Services is a highly skilled Virtual Assistant and ICB qualified bookkeeper based in Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk. Founded in 2019, Magnolia Virtual Assistant Services was created to help local businesses streamline their administration and finance processes, offering expert support with a personal touch.
With over 20 years of experience in the administration and finance industries, Claire brings the knowledge and skills needed to help businesses stay organised, efficient and compliant. From day to day administrative tasks to managing complex financial needs, Claire’s services are tailored to meet the unique demands of each client.
Chill Web Designs worked closely with Claire to create a custom website that reflects her professional yet approachable brand. The website was designed to provide an intuitive experience for potential clients, making it easy to navigate and learn about the services offered.
In addition to the website design, we also provided brand photography that perfectly complements Claire’s brand identity. Using props that align with her services, we captured imagery that communicates professionalism and trustworthiness while keeping the visual tone warm and inviting. These photos help bring Claire's virtual services to life, showcasing her approachability and commitment to helping clients succeed.
As part of the branding process, we also designed a custom logo for Magnolia Virtual Assistant Services, ensuring that the visual identity across the website and all marketing materials is cohesive and reflective of Claire’s values—organised, efficient and client-focused.
