Website Design
A responsive e-commerce website design built with a WordPress content management system and WooCommerce.
The Client
Softstart UK is a leading and rapidly growing supplier and exporter of motor control and automation equipment, serving clients across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. With a reputation for excellence, Softstart UK provides a wide range of products for both manufacturers and users in the industrial automation sector.
To better showcase their extensive product line and improve the customer shopping experience, Chill Web Designs built a custom eCommerce website for Softstart UK. The website was designed to introduce new product lines and provide a detailed catalogue of their industrial automation products. With an intuitive layout and easy-to-navigate categories, the site makes it simple for customers to explore the wide range of products on offer.
A key feature of the new site is the eCommerce shop, where customers can conveniently browse, select, and purchase products directly online. To facilitate secure payments, we integrated WorldPay, allowing Softstart UK to accept payments seamlessly from customers in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
The WorldPay integration ensures a smooth and secure transaction process, offering a reliable payment gateway for customers around the world. We also ensured the website is mobile-responsive, enabling customers to shop on-the-go, and optimised it for fast loading and efficient user experience.
By creating this custom eCommerce site, Softstart UK can now offer a seamless, professional online shopping experience for their international customer base, while continuing to expand their reach in the global market.
What the client has to say...
We would like to highly commend your work in rejuvenating Softstart UK’s website, we asked you to bring a new innovative and fresh look to the site, we are delighted with the work you did in what was a complex redesign working with our new company logo and colour schemes.
Considering the number of pages and data for uploads etc., you worked efficiently and delivered a first-class package first time, we would therefore recommend anyone requiring web development or upgrades to talk to Chris first and we look forward to your continued support in the future.
